YANKEES @ ORIOLES: September 29 Gameday post!!
vs.
Small
(9-0, 3.25)
Bedard
(6-7, 3.74)

"The team has the attitude that we're not going to be denied. After last night's game, everyone came in today knowing we were going to win. That's the attitude you have to have."
  - Shawn Chacon

The Bombers have a slight edge over the Red Sox going into tonight's game - a one-game lead they hope to stretch out tonight. At this point, every game counts, and it seems the Orioles know that as well, as they send one of their best starters out to duel with Miracle Worker Aaron Small. Despite his recent struggles, Small's still got an incredibly low ERA, and can still pitch well.

The Yankees are hoping for a Small miracle... (Yeah, I went there.)

I was a little disappointed - the Cowsills were actually a family rock group in the 60s that inspired the Partridge Family.
(music geek...sorry)
